envelopes of gelatin

hi

a bit of an odd question this, when elaine states an envelope of

gelatin how many much is that? We have 8 sheets in our packets, these

are fine leaf gelatin, made by costa weighing 25g setting 2 pints of

liquid, therefore would we use the whole packet - sorry its just not

very clear and of course shes referring to a different brand and i

want to make sure that we are using the same amounts
