We even did the SCDiet without doing the intro diet and used known candida killers ( Nystatin, garlic extract, Samento, gse etc)and still nothing happened. 2 weeks ago we did the proper intro SCDiet for a few days and then all we did was give our daughter one Sach. Boulardi tablet and she got massive die off. She was in a drunken state for about 12 hours. She had mothball smelling stools for over a week. To kill Candida, it seems as though it has to be starved by doing the intro diet. take care Rocanddi Quote
