Guest guest Report post Posted August 18, 2000 Hey , I just had some free time, so I went to check out your web site some more. I just saw your " before " picture, and you have shrunk considerably! It might not say that on the scale, but appearance wise, you already look tiny. When I saw you at Cattlemen's and you were saying you weren't losing weight fast enough, I assumed that you were one of those who started out at around 200 or so.
