Guest guest Posted August 2, 2006 Report Posted August 2, 2006 One of the beautiful things about SCD is that we are finally back into REALLY gardening. We have about 40 squash plants (12 varieties!), and I need to prune off blossoms. Are squash blossoms legal? Stuffed and sauteed, they are amazing! Also, they are what many tribes used as thickening agents in soups prior to the introduction of wheat flour. What do you think?
