Is this yogart bad?

I am frantically trying to get yogart made for our VBS starting on

Monday and the batch I just took out of the makers has 1 1/2 inches of

yellow liquid on it. I have been making yogart now for over a year

and have never had this happen.

Do I just through it out?

Any ideas of what went wrong?

I followed the procedures that I have been using all along.

I should start another batch tonight but need to figure what is going

on first.

Any suggestions welcome.
