Hey ...I have a question I hope that you can answer....

I wrote to The land Insurance Commissioner hopeing to turn around

my Insurances decision. Well they just wrote be back saying they

looked into it and said they were not going to turn the decision

around because they were informed that this surgery is an exclusions

under my contract. " Medical or surgical treatment for obesity unless

otherwise specified in Part IV " . When I look in Part IV it doesn't

mention anything to do with Morbid Obesity or even just obesity.

Now, I am working with a Insurance broker to find insurance for my

hubby's new employer. And I was thinking I could get her to look at

this handbook (she highly recommends the insurance we currently have)

and see what she gets out of it like maybe it is excluded unless

medicall necessary (maybe that is what is hidden in Part IV). I am

self paying in the meantime but want to know would it be to my

benefit to try and keep fighting. Out of all this, if it makes

sense, what do you think??? LOL
