Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Posted June 9, 2006 Can anyone tell me why store-bought mayonnaise is " illegal " ? I can't seem to find an explanation as to why this is in the book. The recipe in the book looks to me like what it typically found in mayonnaise by reading the label...or is it a case of the label not telling the whole story of what is actually in the mayonnaise?
