Re: Too late to start at 15-16 months?

Hi Chris-

No, my son is still in and has only been in one helmet. It's been

about 3 months. CT will charge for a second helmet, but the amount

charged includes everything that goes along with the treatment: the

scan/head mold/DOCBand/adjustments/office visits/and exit scan. The

only thing they charge extra for is $75 to actually pour the exit

mold. It's not necessary to get the mold, they take the exit scan to

keep a record of where you finished treatment (this is most useful

for younger babies to track any possible regression - which is

rare). Pouring the exit mold would kind of be your parting gift.

They give you the beginning mold (a " headsicle " ) and you can get the

ending one to go with it and compare if you want. I may get it, I

haven't decided yet.
