I generally follow Dr s recommendations, which have become more and

more tricky.

She does not recommended DW or RO.

Yes, it is a very pure water (like rain water), but it lacks electrolytes

making it a 'hungry water'.

It strips your body of electrolytes which we can ill afford when we chelate.

Adding some pure sea salt (just enough to barely taste it) can counter this.

But you need a good sea salt and I don't know a good brand.

As far as I understand it, it will show up as an ALL-LOW reading of

minerals. I'm not sure if it will affect toxins
