Wow that is great. I should look up pregnenalone/progesterone to see

It's just pregnenolone - you want to start out low - like 5mg and

then build up. Taking too much at once and you may have a reaction

(I did). Pregnenolone helps build up progesterone so I've read.

I've been told I'm high estro/low progest. so this makes sense for

me.

Also, I've noticed that taking my temps is a good gage of what's

going on with me. This morning, I woke up feeling lousy. I took my

temp and its 97.8. When my temps are low, that's when all the yuck

starts. So, I've got to figure out if I need some kind of thyroid

support as well. Once I get my Canary results back, hopefully I'll

have a better idea of what I need.

I would highly recommend you look into hormonal balancing. From

all my reading, it is so important to helping you feel better. And

if your temps are low or all over the place - you have hormone

imbalances. I would try and fix that before you do heavy

chelation. But that's just my 2 cents. Andy did that first himself.

---If you can afford it, just do the Canary hormone profile test.

You don't need a doc and they test everything.

Good luck,

Val
