My results were off the charts - 47. Anyway, the b6 and (p5p) plus

zinc did help with anxiety. Maybe I'm not taking high enough doses

but like everything else - I platueaed. I asked Andy about this

offline and he believes pyroluria is some form of toxicity. I've also

read that its a adrenal disease -- which makes sense since alot of the

symptoms are the same. But the b6 (p5p is more powerful) does

something for me and I notice when I don't take it.

There is a book titled Depression Free Naturally. In the book, the

author talks quite a bit about pyroluria and anxiety. The

recommendation for supplements include 250 mg B6, 1 capsule at

breakfast, 1 capsule at lunch or until dream recall occurs; 50 mg P5P, 1

capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at lunch (equivalent to 500 mg B6).
