Hi Dudley,

Andy suggests 50-100mg of zinc. Yes, elemental zinc is correct.

In SA and the UK I believe, zinc would be labeled according to the mineral

it is bonded with e.g. Zinc Picolonate 100mg, which would actually contain

about 7mg of elemental zinc.

The milk thistle and magnesium you are taking are fine.
