when to start ALA

hi everyone,

I am on my 4th round of DMSA @ 6.25mgs. I'm doing well, did have a

bit of a worry on my last round with a few skin problems, but so far

no sign this time. I want to get on ALA as soon as i can, as i think

my problems come from mercury in the brain ( feelings of

unreality,dizzy,24/7) i had all my dental work done over 6 mnths ago,

but in the last 2 weeks have had a front bridge removed and replaced

(no mercury found) my hairtest showed high lead but didn't show

mercury as a problem. Although i know this is not conclusive.

I am not sure if i should increase my Dmsa first to 10mgs,for 4-5

rounds, and then start ALA say 6.25mgs with the DMSA, or start the

ALA after one more round at say 6.25mgs And keep the DMSA @ 6.25mgs.

And after 3-4rounds increase one or the other.

Or gradually increase the DMSA and just use this for quite a few more

months before adding ALA.I do want to start ALA as soon as possible

because i am so desperate to get rid of these unreality feelings as i

have had them for over a year and a half now.

As usual i am procrastinating about things i never used to be like

this before my national health service dentist poisoned me.
