zinc long term use, dudley

i have just started introducing elemental zinc as part of my supp

regime,

they are 15mg ea tab, and will work up to 1tab 4xd = 45mg. zinc is a

metal, so can long term use of this build up storage of this metal in

the body. I am just worried about causeing any problems later on.
