Depression

I am currently on week 4 of 12,5mg DMSA and have come down with these bouts

of depression in the last two day. It would feel extremely dark for a few

minutes to an hour and then lift again, to the point of me starting to think

of suicide, with is not normal.

I have now finished my cycle yesterday and feel a little bit better.

Has anybody experienced this due to chelation (or rather mercury coming out)

and any advise as to what to do about it?

Hi Jaco,

When you say on Week 4, what do you mean? A full 4 weeks chelation in a row,

or your 4th round.

The symptoms your describe can often be attributed to too high a dose,

and/or to too little adrenal support.

Thus, you should try a round or two at a lower dose, and include some

adrenal support in your program if you have not done so already.
