Guest guest Posted June 8, 2008 Report Posted June 8, 2008 Hi - I don't know where Dean found this article, but I'm pretty sure it's from the introduction of Dr. Jefferies' book " Safe Uses of Cortisol. " I haven't read the entire book, but I did read the introductions and first chapter. What's in the linked article sounds very much like what I've read so far. Jefferies' work on cortisol is one of the standards with practitioners using physiologic doses of cortisol.
