IMO, there is not an accurate way on the tests to tell if it is from a recent

exposure-

your symptoms, and length of time w/symptoms, sounds chronic

(have had it 1 year or more)

I would get copies of ALL the testing.

I am too, and in treatment. I've had improvements with treatment.
