I am desperately trying to find the proper doasage of Pro EFA Liquid to give my son and can't seem to get a response. Am I doing something wrong??? Guest guest Posted October 17, 2007 Report Share Posted October 17, 2007 I started with a 1/2 teaspoon and then gradually increased to a teaspoon by the end of the week. If you see side effects such as diarrehea; decrease down to a 1/2 teaspoon. I find that the capsules work better. I give him 1 a day. Just snip the tip and put in his food. I put it in my son's pureed fruit.
