Thanks Pam. If I can navigate through all the snow (close to 2 feet in the

last 2 days) I am going to try to make it to the store this weekend.

PJ,

Thanks for the response. I am going to try and navigate all this snow

(close to 2 feet in the last 2 days) this weekend to the store for vitamin

alternatives. I hate that the liquid are worthless - I was looking forward

to trashing these horse pills. I'll bet you are right about the plateau. I

know others have written that they are on hold (still loosing inches in the

process) but then drop a bunch at one wack. Hope your holidays are merry.

I have found a vitamin here in Philly that is made specifically for easy

swallowing. It's the most compact multivit I've seen. Expensive, $14.00 for

90 pills. But easy to get down. Much smaller than GNC's. I also hear that

they do a huge mail order business, so if anyone is interested. . . let

me know. PhillyJude

ROTFLMAO!!!!!

Thanks for the warning!

Love,

Sperb

>>> KathiBrandes@... 12/14/00 06:04AM >>>

Was this the recommendation for zinc? I bought some last night. I take my meds

as soon as I get up in the morning--before I'm fully awake. I have a decorative

box/tray on my beside table, and all me meds and supplements are in it,

including my Rolaids. So, I'm picking up the bottles, opening them, shaking the

pills/capsules/tablets into my hand...including the Rolaids...I lay everything

except the Rolaids on the counter and toss the Rolaids (4 of them) into my mouth

and start chewing...only they don't taste the same...they actually taste

sorta...horrible...

HINT--don't chew the zinc--it DOES NOT taste good....

The vitamin I am referring to is called: Mega V&M and it is controlled time

released. Some of the water soluble vitamins within it are released bit by

bit. But for our purposes, that's less important. Says on the label:

Easy-to-swallow. The ingredients are good, the amounts are good of each

vitamin, and the size is wonderful. Since I have begun taking this brand, I

feel better than I have, and noticeably in just a few days. However it is

that our new plumbing absorbs, it seems to absorb this well. I am finally

feeling like I want to again! And I think it's because of this vitamin. I

took a couple others, to finish my old supply and tried a few of a friend's,

and nothing feels like this one does. Here is their info: Penn Herb

Company, 1-. or pennherb.com

Enjoy! PhillyJude

For these vitamins: Pennherb.com or 1-. Ask about their easy

to swallow Mega Vitamins. I am enjoying them better than the 2 others I

tried. Jude
