Trudy:

Thanks, I have also found that when I drink more juice and water I feel

better. I think I have not been drinking enough which causes dehydration

which will make you weak.

I am experimenting with that and the vitamin issue.

Tarri, don't know why, but I do know that Dr. R doesn't want us taking liquid

vitamins.

Somebody was going to email him and ask why, but as of yet no answer.

I am doing OK. Not great, just OK. Getting a little tired of the battle

with my belly. Somedays she likes eggs, for an example, then a week later,

not so well. It's hard to know what to eat, except soup. Belly likes soup.

But, nothing big is wrong, nor really worth complaining about. Friday will

be 6 weeks, and for many of us, the first 2 months or so are somewhat trying.

To add salt to the wound, I am on a plateau. Lost 24 first month, only 1

since. No big deal. But, if I have to endure tummy wars, and unbelievable

gas, and often not feeling too well cause tummy is having a hissy fit, then

at the very least I could LOSE some weight. Know what I mean???

I have a feeling that a couple months from now, I won't even remember this

time. But right now, it is all that I know! You take care of you, though,

and let me know how all goes for you. Fondly, PhillyJude

Hi Tarri,

I just wanted to tell you about the newer drink out by Gatorade called

Propel. Have you tried it? It is like flavored water. It is very light and

they have 3 different flavors; Berry, citrus, and lemon. It has all the b

vitamins in it and all the good stuff Gatorade has. No sugar. I like it a

lot. When I say I am drinking Gatorade-Propel is usually what I am talking

about.

I sure do know what you mean. Sorry you're having a poopy time right now (no

pun intended). One can understand something and still feel crummy. But as the

English say: keep your pecker up!

Re: Fatigue

Tarri and Trudy:

GNC store sells a brand called All-In-One I am told. I do want to check the

ingredients compared to the " One Source " though.

Was this the recommendation for zinc? I bought some last night. I take my meds

as soon as I get up in the morning--before I'm fully awake. I have a decorative

box/tray on my beside table, and all me meds and supplements are in it,

including my Rolaids. So, I'm picking up the bottles, opening them, shaking the

pills/capsules/tablets into my hand...including the Rolaids...I lay everything

except the Rolaids on the counter and toss the Rolaids (4 of them) into my mouth

and start chewing...only they don't taste the same...they actually taste

sorta...horrible...

HINT--don't chew the zinc--it DOES NOT taste good....
