The strength of the patch is for 72 hours and does not wear off as you continually replace your patch " regularly. " I do not see you getting more sleepy or anything like that. I think that your body has acclimated itself to the medication. I know that this also happened to me on my first patch. After that, all went superbly well!! Anyse Quote
