You sound so healthy! I'm pround of you.

I, on the other hand, have sampled everthing conceivable. Ice cream is

particularly good. And since I live alone no one cares about the explosive

result. I wonder what the neighbors thing? I can't eat very much at one time,

but I can eat just about anything. I suspect I will always have the " floaty "

kind. LOL

Sperb

Jenn, WOW, 28 lbs in one month. That is a miracle. How do you feel?

Any

energy? What are you eating? Geez, I'm proud of you. Love Betty in

Western NC>>>

Thanks Betty!

My energy level is great unless I go a day without having some V8... it's a

potassium thang. LOL

I'm eating mainly sugarfree-nonfat yogurts, soups, broths, " lite " juices,

V8, sugarfree jello, sugarfree popcicles, saltines, reduced fat Ritz

crackers.

Just last week I added some hummus (home made-no added oils) to my crackers

for extra protein and started eating a lot of miso soup with soft tofu (more

protein) and other oriental soups with tofu in them, like hot and sour soup

and others. I've also been eating the beans out of soups I've made if they

are already *really* soft.

I tried a small baked potato, mashed REALLY well, with nonfat sour cream and

salsa last night. I was able to eat 1/2 of it.

Thanks for your encouragement!

My best;

Jenn in Vancouver, WA

Hi!

I can't believe it's been a month already!

I dropped into my PCP's office to weigh on his scales and I'm down 28

right on target for one month out.

My best!

Jenn
