Dear Friends, The Migrant Clinicians Network has developed this survey in order to better understand the needs of clinicians proving cancer screening to mobile underserved populations. Our ultimate goal is to increase the capacity of clinicians to help their mobile underserved patients move successfully through the continuum of the cancer care system and to increase the capacity of clinicians to impact patient survivorship by providing critical support and quality post treatment services.
