Dear Collegues,

My name is Pamela Valera, faculty at the University of Iowa. I am very

interested in applying for this grant as this will be the first grant that I am

applying for. We've also had an increase of Latinos in our state. I would

greatly appreciate it if someone can provide guidance and direction. Samples of

grant proposals would be helpful as well. I know this is a stretch, but any

assistance would be deeply appreciated.

Respectfully,

Pamela Valera
