The North Carolina Community Health Center Association is

requesting abstract submissions for possible presentation at the 19th

Annual East Coast Migrant Stream Forum to be held October 19-21, 2006 in Myrtle

Beach, South

Carolina.

The annual East Coast Migrant Stream Forum is the only and oldest annual

conference dedicated to improving health outcomes and health care delivery to

migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families along the east coast.

Abstracts should demonstrate a best practice in six key

disciplines:

1)

Outreach/Health Education

2)

Lay Health Promotion

3)

Policy/Advocacy

4)

Research

5)

Programmatic/Administrative

6)

Clinical

Abstract submissions are due close of

business, Wednesday, May 31, 2006 and should be submitted to eastcoast@... or by fax 202-347-6385.
