Hello all. Pedro

of Premier Community Health Care Group is interested in finding out what

types of codes other farmworker health outreach

programs use to track their outreach activities. We have heard of some programs that have

extended the codes and categories used in the UDS reports to track their

activities in more depth, but I don’t have any specific examples of the codes

that people have used. Pedro said

he’d spoken with some folks at the East Coast Migrant Stream Forum that

are doing this.

He is particularly interested in developing codes to track activities

like pesticide education, HIV education, diabetes education, Medicaid application

assistance, setting appointments, etc.

If you have any specific examples of codes your program uses for these types

of activities, we’d appreciate learning about them.

Thanks so much for your collaboration.
