Borage Oil

Someone mentioned an allergy to this. What is in it and what are the

symptoms of an allergy. I have some wierd stuff going on since adding it

but I can't be sure if it is that or recent dietary cheating.

I got Barlean’s brand from iherb.com – it was probably the best price I could find and iherb has great shipping rates.

I think liquid is always preferable because you have a better chance

of recognizing if it is rancid.

I've read that you cannot tell when oil is rancid (Hulda e says this I believer and I think Sally Fallon, as well) and therefore it is better to do liquid gelcaps.
