Guest guest Posted November 27, 2007 Report Posted November 27, 2007 I too am a shaker! Did you all know that there is a connection to Vitamin B(s) assimilation? Between the meds depleting our B's-- and our diets and disease not allowing the proper absorbsion (sp)-- it is so important to not only take Folic Acid at least 1mg a day-- (per prescription so insurance will cover it) add a good B complex- take it to the point where you get that wonderful niacin flush (a hot flash experience for you guys-- then you;ll have the added benefit of knowing what is going on with the Mrs.) and then back it down to just below that-- and you are finally getting what you need. The added benefits are going to be more energy, less depression, and less anemia- so you won't be dealing with the oxygen depletion on top of all the other stuff. (At least it's not as intense.) And the shaking lessens! (They've found a huge connection between Vit B defiency and Parkinsons.) Hope this helps, Tracie NS Co-owner/moderatorCheck out AOL Money Finance's list of the hottest products and top money wasters of 2007. Quote
