Guest guest Posted August 31, 2001 Report Share Posted August 31, 2001 Hi Group Again, Had the EMG test this afternoon (I can feel Dawn cringing!). It was not as bad as I thought it would be-probably because the nerves aren't responding normally. The Dr. couldn't do a complete nerve workup, because the nerves wouldn't work right. Wonderful. I had told him about having a lot of CMT(Charcot-Marie-Tooth) in the family and he asked if I was having any trouble with my hands or arms from the elbow down....not yet! But I'll have to wait until my next appt. in 3 weeks to find out what the next step is. I don't know. Just a rotten way to end the month of August.Here's hoping September is better-for all of us!
