Guest guest Posted September 13, 2006 Report Share Posted September 13, 2006 Hi , I just got back from the Vitamin Store and I bought 2 different ones and if possible, would like your opinion on which one is better; They are both Country Life (brand) 1) Natural Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 200IU 2)Natural Vitamin E Complex with Mixed Tocopherols (as d-alpha tocopherol, with natural unesterified d-beta, d-delta, d-gamma tocopherols) 200 IU - however they do not menstion the mg...
