Unsure of what to do next...Please advise...

Hi. I took an HPT last Friday and the positive result was

immediate. I called the doctor and she sent me for a PT

(urinalysis). I called today and it was negative. I still haven't

started my period, my breasts are tender (could be in my head, though)

and I was so sure I was pregnant. What do I do now?
