Wow, that's exactly where I am right now. I've looked at different grain

mills on the net- but it's real hard to figure out which would make flour

consistency. I'm guessing the ones that use stone wheels would, but I can't

afford those. So I'm looking into the Back to Basics Grain Mill. They claim

the grain would be similar to a whole wheat size. The other ones I've

looked at ( universal grain mill) I've read make the flour the consistency

of corn meal. And I thought I'd look into doing the same beans/ flours as
