Also any suggestions on juice to drink I'm really not crazy on the crystal light. I drink the sugar free kool aid but I get a little tired of it. One more thing I know I could have canned fruit if it's packed in water but I can't find them any suggestions with that would be great. Thanks,

Colleen

Del Monte has carb counters canned fruit found at Safeway. I was

eating the pears and apricots from them. Even though it was packed in

water, I still rinsed it off.

I tried Crystal light as well and didn't care for it. I just stuck

with water. That is still to this day all I drink.

Have fun exploring your new pouch!
