Guest guest
I have been recently taking Seriphos, a brand-name for phosphorylated serine, if I understand correctly. My cortisol levels tested normal in the morning, low at noon and in the afternoon, with a high " second-wind " toward the evening. I take one pill of seriphos at 3:30-4, one at 7-8, and one when I go to bed at about 10. Since I've been taking it, it knocks me out; I get no second wind and fall asleep much much easier than I used to, then sleep through the night, for the most part. It does not help me concentrate while I'm taking it; on the contrary, it simply helps me sleep better, which helps me concentrate later. --Dan > From: " kmpfeiffer " <kmpfeiffer@...> > Subject: phosphatidyl Serine > > Has anyone used phosphatidyl serine for exercise induced fatigue - or > brain fatigue from socializing, working, etc.?? > > Martha
Guest guest
I recently had a doctor suggest I add phosphatidyl serine to my son's supplements. (He already takes fish oil and Carn-aware which have both been beneficial.) Has anyone tried it? Can anyone suggest a brand? Thanks.
