I can only speak for myself, but I will say that I'm only 7 weeks postop and feel better than I have in a long time. I'm off both diabetes medication and blood pressure meds and am getting regular exercise, which is also easier with less poundage! It sounds like you have done your research and have decided the surgery is right for you--- congratulations!
