Guest guest
I've noticed that several people say they eat the pinto's and cheese from taco bell with no sauce. Why no sauce? Is it bad for you? Or just a personal choice??? To me they would just be too thick and pasty feeling without the sauce to thin them out a bit. ~Tanja

Guest guest
Taco Bell Pinto's and Cheese are a weekly staple in my diet. I have had no " repercussions " so to speak from them at all. I have the sauce they put on and I add a packet of mild sauce! I guess it depends on the person and how your body digests what you put into it. I have found that I have more problems with steak and chicken than I do with beans and cheese. I also love, love, love El Pollo Loco's black beans. I have no idea how much protein is in them, but oh my goodness! YUMMY! So when them family wants El Pollo, I get Los Frijoles Negros!! I repeat, YUMMY! > the one time i had them i ate them like they came - do they have sauce on > them? they went down fine but major gas after - peeeeyew!!!! > > > visit our website > www.geocities.com/tanyarn96/countryside.html > www.poncetihomes.com > > -- Food question > > I've noticed that several people say they eat the pinto's and cheese > from taco bell with no sauce.
