Guest guest
Dear Sandi, I don't know if you're eating to much or not, but I think your choices could be better. You mention the protein grams in what you're eating, but have you noticed the amount of sodium? Those lunchables and tv dinners are LOADED with sodium. And I think I would also concentrate more on filling myself with straight protein, rather than integrating carbs already. I know there's a great debate about this sometimes, but during the honeymoon phase, I'd be maximizing my protein intake and not worrying about carbs at all. When I'm closer to wanting to maintain is when I'd lower the protein a bit and up the carb intake. Also, do you know how big your pouch is? I'm a little over a year out and I'm still doing my meals 2 oz. at a time. I eat three meals a day and I don't snack. I'm also fortunate in that my appetite has not opened up again yet. You'll know you're eating too much by your feelings of either uncomfortability or nausea, etc. but your choices could definitely be better. live each day like it's your last... love like you've never been hurt...
