I think water is the thing I miss " gulping " . But believe you me...I HAVE LEARNED TO SIP SIP SIP, LOL. I hate that mess of having to bring it back up and it happens so fast the water is still cold. So I am not sure if that was dumping or not. Candi From what I understand of it, you definitely had it. I eat and run to the bathroom minutes later. But as far as the " dumping " I know of one time that I got really sick and couldnt do a thing. I was just sick and felt so so bad! I do eat things that don't agree with me and I have to get it out. It will sit like a dadgum rock in my tummy. And I can't stand it. The dumping I wish I would never have to go through but I think that would be unrealistic. Candi Well I got so sick. I think it was at least a few hours. I have heard of some people once they are " ABLE " to dump sometimes they get to feeling better.
