hi linda. the Vitamin Shoppe carries liquid iron. one brand is

Floradix, the other is Natrol,i believe. mix 2 tablespoons in a glass

of water to keep it from staining your teeth. also don't take your

calcium @ the same.

congrats on your approval & nice to have ya onboard.

btw, i started @ 254 & had lap.
