Guest guest
hi maria, i had my surgery sept 22nd and i've lost 11 lbs - i have not cheated once - i'm at the point on the diet plan where i can add mashed or baked potatoes and i haven't done that yet - normally i would jump on this - in the morning my hubby cooks a big pot of cream of wheat and i eat 2-3 tbsp of it and save the rest in the fridge and i eat little bits for lunch or dinner - last night for the first time i ate broccoli boiled soft and mushed with fat free butter and i was VERY careful about chewing and eating too fast and i took 2 gas-x just in case and i had no trouble at all - it just seems like i'm losing to slow - they say its perfect. i go to smoothie king once a day and get the 20 oz gladiator with banana & mango and its 50 grams and covers our daily protein intake....i try not to drink b4, during or after a meal and thats a tough one. i drink cystal lite and propel or fruit O2 water - not as much as i should - i hate water....i also eat cream of chicken soup and i love it....are you going by a diet sheet? visit our website www.geocities.com/tanyarn96/countryside.html www.poncetihomes.com -- Re: 60 POUNDS!!!
