Guest guest
I've been through the WLS program and am now starting my pre-op testing. But I have a question that's really bothering me.... I'm on a few lists and I'm hearing about people getting off track and gaining weight back. They are really struggling to keep their weight downa nd loose more. Just how common is this? If your pouch is so small, how is it even possible? As an emotional eater, it scares me to think that I will be able to consume a lot of calories at some point. How do you keep yourselves in check? Thanks!
Guest guest
hey alicia. that's the $64,000 question. i'm 17 1/2 months out, & one of my mottos is that complacency is one of wls' worst enemies. or if you like, vigilance is paramount. to combat stress eating, seek out any & all resources. best of luck to you & keep us posted. lori h. - In Gastric_Bypass_Family , " kanapal12000 " wrote: > I've been through the WLS program and am now starting my pre-op > testing.
