I am having a senior moment....which calcium are we supposed to take?

Citrate? or Carbonate?

I threw out my bottle and I was just at the store and could not for the life

of me remember which one.

Candi

Candi...It is Citrate. And the one that is sold at my hospital where our

group support groups are held sells one specifically for gastric bypass

patients.

It is nothing like the hard caplet Walmart carried. If you are interested go

to facesofwls@... and look up Rona . She heads up the bariatric

program for our group and she can tell you where you might can order it.
