Lynn, Marina - vegetable cookie?

Lynn, Would you tell us more about the below recipe - amounts, what does

it taste like, etc. Does it taste like a cookie or does it taste more

vegetably? I was thinking that maybe Marina could use it in her child's

nut-free/seed-free classroom, if it tastes like a cookie (does it taste

like a pumpkin cookie?).
