S. Lewey D.O. realizes that the celiac blood work is missing people who still

have " celiac " looking guts/malabsorption. He was shocked when both my husband

and I came back positive for Celiac Disease (even though are blood work and

daughters DNA tests where NEGATIVE). Was interested when as a family we had
