Guest guest Posted March 14, 2006 Report Share Posted March 14, 2006 Has anyone made the banana pancakes using this recipe: 2 eggs 1 banana vanilla nutmeg fry in pan until done I have tried this twice and the inside of the pancakes stays wet and never gets done. Any thoughts from others who have mastered this one would be greatly appreciated. I figured out almond butter pancakes and got them down perfectly and now am tragically allergic to all nuts! Yikes... I cook them on medium or even easier is to make them in my muffin top pans in the oven. That way I can make a lot at once and it's easy.
