I guess it really is YMMV! Wow.

I was 135 in 4/03 when I started LDN, dropped to 124 11/03, was stable and 127 11/04, and then dropped down to 114 in 7/05, hit 110 in 3/06 and then 108 4/06.

I quit smoking 4/26/06 and went up to 129 lbs; and today I am 123.

I thought LDN got my metabolism back to the fast side.
