Guest guest
Thanks Lana- And I can feel that you all are with me on this- Thats whats keeping me going- Sometimes I wonder how I am not in a nut house- this is very painful to go through- Especially after losing one child to possible VEDS- Then deal with this mess too-....... But- where there's a will, there's a way- and something definitely has to be done- But what-? I am sure curious if any of you have any idea what I might be able to do, legally, without making myself end up in a worse situation- I mean the one time I mentioned child support- but at the end stated " I dont want his money anyhow but asked due to legality- they said to me- " If you even so far as mention child support- we'll take the other kid from you too- the one that they haven't even TRIED to make move back down there- since he ran from him and filed a PPO that was denied- they stated Dad did NOT beat the child but reprimanded him instead...... Boy the laws changed fast- was not that way when I was taking legal classes just a few years before that- all that ken did to this child would have been considered child abuse then! Thanks again Lana- sure does help knowing I'm not going through this alone- and can't let go of hopes- is all thats left! :-) Love TJ Sorry to hear this, but am very glad you're keeping your hopes up and can still laugh! Know we're all with you on this! Love Lana --- In ceda , " concreteangel " > So things are pretty much the same- hopefully that will change next hearing..... my lawyer is sympathetic with the syndrome- and feels Dakota should spend most time with mom due to the severity of my vascular problem. But she will have to get the others to learn the info in order to maybe get them to understand...... and crap-this should never have happened anyhow- as I stated many times, I've always been a stay at home mom - but now Dakota was yanked from his surroundings/home/mommy-just because ken doesn't want to pay child support , dang its so obvious......why the courts cant see it is beyond me.
