Guest guest
I could not put my socks on prior to surgery and my four year old couldn't understand why I went from putting his socks on to requiring his assistance with mine. I was given something made by BeOK! made in the US by JRI. I also pointed someone to www.disabilityproducts.com where he was able to buy a similar product online. I already gave mine to someone who needed it. I am not sure about the post or the person who has it in for the C+. All I can tell you is that I am a proud owner of a C+ less than six weeks ago and I was just telling an OS friend how liberating this has been. He does not do resurfacing and he is pointing some of his young athletics patients to me for advice. I can't tell you how this has changed my life. Best of luck... I got them at a medical supply store. I hadn't been able to put socks on without them for about three years pre-op, so I wore two of them out. Kept one at home, and one in my gym bag. I got mine from a mail order company, Dynamic Living, over the internet. Their we site is at: http://www.dynamic-living.com/ They have lots of other handy gizmos for the temporarily or permanently " not so able " . I found the " soap swing " to be really useful post-op.
