In some ways, it's good that you participate in this message group as

little as you do. But, in some ways, as in this case, I personally

think it might be good if you could be present a bit more. Most of

us operate with a limited understanding of how insurance works

(because for, for most of us, it doesn't); so when issues like this

come up, we're left to compare notes from varying plans when we

barely understand the plan we have...and certainly understand less of

the plans others have. I know you check in, even if you don't post;

when you see something that bothers you a much as this; and when what

you see is at such variance with what you know, please don't wait to

say something. We're all wandering in dark wilderness here.
