I have tried to read a fair amunt of postings and of course have many questions. My first one is who is Dr. Gross? and where is he located. I'm in Colorado and will obviously travel to have this procedure done right. I'd love to hear more details about post-op, especially if I have to travel to have surgery. From what I've read on other web- sites, the hospital stay is at least four days, and pain management is a must.
